What lawerence had done Upendra has repeated in Kannada and thus the film has acquired a good status. At the audio release on Friday evening actress Shruthi who is (Kamakshi role played by Devadarshini) said she is happy for acting with ‘Gandu’ Kalpana – that is Upendra in the film. I could not act with Minugu Thaare but acted in this ‘Kalpana’ Shruthi felt quite happy.
According to Upendra the two remains in memory are Shruthi and Umasri (Kovai Sarala role). Saikumar has done what Sarathkumar had done in this film.
Actress Lakshmi Rai is repeating her role in Tamil film ‘Kanchana’ and she is extremely happy for sharing screen space with Upendra.
KFCC President KV Chandrasekhar, Sa Ra Govindu, Thomas D Souza were present at the audio release. Ramnarayan was busy in the post production activity and his son was present. V Harikrishna has scored music for six songs was present. He expressed work satisfaction that is very important in the career.
This is the 125th film of eminent director and producer Ramnarayan in Thenandal Films.
