'KVSS' for April 27 - Munirathna NaiduProducer of the whopping Rs.15 crore ‘Katari Veera Sura Sundarangi ’ Munirathna Naidu sitting alone from the team of his film on Monday afternoon addressed the media and said he is almost certain of releasing the film on 27th of April – a day after the release of ‘Anna Bond’ on April 26.

Here are the highlights of one hour media address by Munirathna Naidu:

· I am all set for 27th of April release of ‘KVSS’ starring Upendra, Ramya, Ambarish, Sridhar, Doddanna and others made in Suresh Krissna direction.

· There is request coming for a week postponement of my film. I would find it difficult.

· As of now around 70 screens have confirmed the 3D technology system of screening and it is 22 screens in Bengaluru.

· 45 days shoot with nine cameras for the film at Ramoji Rao Films city in three mega sets. I am inspired from Babruvahana, Bahaddur Gandu, Bhakta Prahallada films of Dr Rajakumar that had mega sets.

· It is only after Ambarish agreement to do Yama role I took up the film. In the 40 years career Ambarish had not done the role of Yama.

· Second most importantly after shooting a few portions we saw the film in Hyderabad in 3D technology after thoroughly discussing we thought of doing 2D and 3D simultaneously. Not even one frame is lifted from any of the films made so far.

· Ramya as Devakanye, Sridhar as Indhra, Muthappa Rai for an important role, Doddanna as Chitragupta – the cast for the film was selected to make this one as pure Kannada cinema with director Suresh Krissna and HC Venu as cameraman.

· The audio of the film is set for release on 16th of this month at Chowdaiah Memorial Hall.

· During the shooting Dr Jayaprada, Suniel Shetty, Jitendra, Karthik of Tamil films came to the shooting spot and curiously observed the making of this film remembers MN.
