'God Father' wheel chair donation

Producer K Manju is also Good Samaritan sometimes. He raises to the occasion and that also goes for publicity. The donation he is doing on 18th of September, 2012 – birth anniversary of Dr Vishnuvardhana is the wheel chair used by Upendra in ‘God Father’. 18th of September is also the birthday of super star Upendra. It is a great coincidence indeed.

Superstar Upendra uses this remote control wheel chair in ‘God Father’ as father of his two sons. When father Upendra gets up from the wheel chair, it goes missing on the screen.

This wheel chair was made at a cost of Rs.1.5 lakhs. A few persons inquired K Manju to sell it for Rs.75000. He disagreed. On September 18 he is donating it the needy person at Dr Vishnuvardhana memorial next to Abhiman Studio.

A similar remote control wheel chair was recently given to actor Renukaprasad by B Jayasri, RS member sanctioned one for Renukaprasad in Mysore from Rajya Sabha member fund.
