ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ನೆನೆಗುದಿಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದ ಭಾರಿ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ 'ಯುಗೇ ಯುಗೇ' ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ರಾಕ್ ಲೈನ್ ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್. ಈ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ಅವರು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದದ್ದು ಸಾಹಸಸಿಂಹ ಡಾ.ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರಿಯಲ್ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಉಪೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರನ್ನು.

ಆದರೆ ಚಿತ್ರ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್ ಅವರು ಕಾಲವಶರಾದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಕ್ ಲೈನ್ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅದೇ ಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್ ಪೋಷಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೆಂಚುರಿ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರೆತರಲು ರಾಕ್ ಲೈನ್ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದೊಂದು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ನಡೆದರೆ ಉಪ್ಪಿ ಜೊತೆ ಶಿವಣ್ಣ ಅಭಿನಯವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅವರ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಕಣ್ತುಂಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ 'ಪ್ರೀತ್ಸೆ' ಹಾಗೂ 'ಲವ ಕುಶ' ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಒಂದಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ.ಈ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಟ್ ಹೇಳಲಿರುವವರು ಖ್ಯಾತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಟಿಎಸ್ ನಾಗಾಭರಣ. ಒಟ್ಟು 16 ಜನ ಚಿತ್ರಕತೆ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ ರಾಜಮೌಳಿ ಅವರ ತಂದೆ ಎಸ್ ವಿಜಯೇಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್. ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಕ್ಲೈಮ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶದ ರಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗ್ನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ವಿಜಯೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರು ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್ ಅವರ ಹಿಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರ 'ಅಪ್ಪಾಜಿ'ಗೆ ಸ್ಕ್ರಿಪ್ಟ್ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದರು

Its official: Upendra’s Trimurti shelved

Trimurti, Upendra’s film that was to be directed by Omprakash Rao has been shelved even before it saw the light of the day. Director Omprakash Rao who was also to be one of the producers, confirmed the news that the film has been shelved and that it won’t be re-started anytime in the near future.

Omprakash had announced that he would direct a film called Trivikrama with Upendra in the lead. He had said that it is his most ambitious project as it was his longtime deam to work with Upendra. He then announced that Ragini would be the heroine and that the title of the film had been changed to Trimurti.But Uppi however, was tightlipped, and in an interview said that the movie had been announced prematurely. Now Omprakash Rao has come out in the open and admitted that the film was shelved as there were creative differences between him and Upendra.

Why Sudeep is jealous of Upendra?

Kiccha Sudeep and Real Star Upendra are the two Kannada actors, who have crossed the borders and earned a name for themselves in other film industries. The other similarity between them is that they both are good writers and directors.

One would always be interesting to know what the duo think about each other considering their multi-tasking ability. Well, Sudeep revealed what he feels about Uppi at a special television program on his birthday (September 2).

In a free-wheeling chat, Sudeep opened up on many issues and also had good words about Upendra. He said, "Uppi is a master when it comes to writing and I believe he is gifted with that ability. Nobody has ever given him a massive hit than he to himself,"

"I have told him that sir you make me jealous with your writing skills. His all time best movies are the ones directed by himself." Sudeep added. The actor also praised Ravichandran and claimed that the Crazy Star is his inspiration.

Now, over to Upendra, who celebrates his birthday on September 18.

'Kalpana' Dubbing Finished

Super star Upendra in the pivotal role in this ‘Kanchana’ remake in Kannada ‘Kalpana’ has got tremendous reports from the labs for Sri Thenandal Films. Upendra in typical role that suits his rebel image is anxiously awaited by the fans.

At Prasad Studio the film ‘Kalpana’ finished the dubbing work disclosed Ram Narayan producer and director of the film. This happens to be his 125th film in a long career.

Director of Kannada films and Tamil film ‘Iruvaru Mattum’ Dwarkee has penned the dialogues for this Upendra film. Selvaraj is the cameraman, V Harikrishna is music director. Super Subbarayan stunts, Shivasahanker, Harsha, Ramu choreography are part of this film.

Dialogue king Saikumar is doing what Sarathkumar had done in Tamil. Lakshmi Rai, Shruthi, Umasri, Achyuthkumar, Bullet Prakash, Om Prakash Rao are also in the cast.

Producer Ram Narayan intends to release the film for Upendra birthday on September 18.
